Good experience overall, minor wait

I booked the chauffeured parking service for my trip in July. The online booking process was pretty clear, gave me a quote fast. Drop-off at Terminal 1 was mostly smooth; the driver was there within about 10 minutes of my call, which was okay but a tiny bit of a wait. The car was secure, I checked that it's a Park Mark accredited place. On my return, the pickup was efficient, the car was brought back right to the terminal entrance quickly.
